We recommend you, for example, to take the ‘sentier des chevriers’ trail. This hike will take you through the forest and give you a beautiful view of the Rhone valley. 

Once here, you can relax by the water, have a picnic, go fishing or look at the small houses along the way. If you're a hiker, you can continue on from the lake along one of the marked paths. One of the most popular is the Grammont Trail. However, keep in mind that the gradient on this hike is quite steep. It is on the climb up Mount Grammont that you can enjoy one of the most beautiful panoramas of Lake Geneva and the country's valleys.

St Gallen is a Swiss destination located in the canton of the same name, in the eastern part of the country.
